- Overall operations management and supervision.
- Responsible for recruitment for both FOH & BOH staff.
- Ensure company hiring policies are in accordance to labor and governmental laws.
- Deals with permit application/renewal processes for foreign workers.
- Develop training modules that are aligned with company’s direction.
- Assist in operational SOPs development and as the key person to execute the approved SOPs by the management.
- Gatekeeper of all approved SOPs and to train staff to adhere to IT.
- Undertake the responsibility as POS Superuser and to provide training to staff.
- Oversee daily ordering and supply management.
- Oversee outlet level operations for both FOH & BOH and to assist in it during peak hours.
- Ensure all sales and collection are accurate. Ensure all collections are tally at the end of shift.
- Solve all operational issue/problems.
- Provide daily reports as required by the Management.
- Assist in other tasks as required by the Management.
- At least 5 years of F&B working experience as a Manager.
- Have experience managing a team of staff.
- Able to converse in English and Malay.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Helpful and a team player.
- Meticulous and details oriented.
