We're looking for a talented Senior Event Project Executive to join us to lead and execute memorable conferences & events that make a statement.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience of 3 years in event planning and execution, preferably in conferences, exhibitions, or large-scale events. Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. Candidates with Good written and verbal English were preferred.
• Independent personality, high attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing work on weekends / public holidays. Also, able to work outstation / overseas projects.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define event goals, scope, and resources.
• Manage event logistics, from venue selection to on-site coordination.
• Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful event outcomes.
• Skilfully manage and contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned, handling any on-site issues or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate successes.
• Stay updated with market trends and developments in the conference & event industry, enabling you to anticipate changes that might impact the success of the show.
• Identify potential new markets and target groups, contributing to the expansion and diversification of our event portfolio.
