Spa Therapist

1. To attend to guests, perform selling and execute up selling strategies in order to achieve sales budget in respective outlets in charge. 2. To monitor sale revenue on daily basis and propose the appropriate action plans. 3. To ensure that task list and all assignments are carried out according to BTG standard operations procedure and in timely manner. 4. To review operations GSI result, propose action plan, liaise with sale assistant to execute action plan and to ensure the favorable result is achieved. 5. To provide guidance with adequate assistance to sales assistants in order to execute of routine, non-routine duties and responsibilities. 6. To assists in general evaluation of subordinate employees as directed by Spa&Gallery Manager. 7. To support sales assistant in carrying out service recovery as per training guidelines. 8. To provide operational and relevant training for new hired sales assistants. 9. To attend meeting as directed by Spa&Gallery Manager. 10. To establish regular meeting among sale assistants and sale supervisors to ensure work productivity and efficiency 11. To plan, conduct and implement stock take as per standard operating procedure. 12. To review stock analysis report, plan and execute the action in order to achieve stock management efficiency.
