Product Consultant (Silica Flour and Engineered Stone)

Responsibilities includes but not limited to: Reporting to the CEO; Conducting market and user research to understand the competitive landscape, defining and validating the product vision; Implement best practices and innovative solution tailored to silica material consulting; To align with client objectives, creating and testing prototypes, wireframes, and user stories to demonstrate product concept; Provide specialized guidance and mentorship in the consulting of silica materials; Conduct specialized training sessions for junior consultant and sales focused on silica market; Foster a culture of continuous learning and development specific to silica flour and engineered stone; Managing the product development process in terms of scope, timeline and budget; Evaluating product performance to identify areas of improvement; Working with clients to understand their needs and to agree the scope of each consulting project. To analyzing statistics of Silica Flour and Engineered Stone; Manage to deal with complex and ambiguous situations, such as changing client demands, project risks, team conflicts, or ethical dilemmas. Provides market information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing performance records and data; Lead coordination efforts with CEO and cross-functional teams, emphasizing the importance of the current market trend; Adapts to different and diverse contexts, such as working with clients from different industries, cultures, and backgrounds; Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the CEO;
