ICT TRAINERS

Overview: An ICT Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging and interactive ICT related training sessions on various ICT topics such as software applications, programming languages, network administration, cybersecurity, etc. They are tasked with ensuring that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of various ICT tools, software applications, and systems relevant to their job roles. Additionally, ICT Trainers may be involved in assessing training needs, creating training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Qualification Requirements: Education: • At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Relevant certifications in ICT training (e.g., CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, CCNA, AutoDesk, etc) are advantageous. Experience: • Strong knowledge and expertise in various ICT domains such as software applications, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc. • Applicants with no experience will be provided with immediate training Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different learning styles and training environments. • Patience and empathy in working with learners of varying skill levels. • Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges during training sessions.
