Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the financial and administrative management of the oil palm plantation.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and handle financial reporting.
- Implement cost control measures and oversee administrative functions.
- Provide strategic financial insights and manage financial risks.
- Lead and mentor the team and liaise with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial reports, analysing data for trends and cost savings, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Plantation Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil palm plantation, with at least 5 years of managerial roles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Meticulous and organised, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Based in Sibu and willing to travel to oil palm estates around Sarawak.
