Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the financial and administrative management of the oil palm plantation.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and handle financial reporting.
  • Implement cost control measures and oversee administrative functions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Plantation Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in oil palm plantation, with at least 5 years of managerial roles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Meticulous and organised, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Based in Sibu and willing to travel to oil palm estates around Sarawak.
