Senior Valuation Executive & Assistant Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Valuation Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Valuation Executive or Assistant Manager will be managing client relationship especially ith mortgage bank officers, responsible for performing property valuations, preparing reports, and conducting market research. Additionally, they will communicate with clients and assist in producing feasibility studies and other ad-hoc projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Real Estate, or any related field Minimum of 1 years of experience in property valuations, with the ability to perform site inspections, collect market data and prepare valuation reports. Those with more experience in valuation work such as valuation for corporate properties, or leading a team of valuation assistants, may be considered for senior positions. Knowledge of property and land regulations and policies in Malaysia Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and accuracy Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with clients and team members with diverse backgrounds Effective time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
