Chargeman BO

As a BO Chargeman, you are responsible to: Ensure all relevant laws, statutes and regulations relating to electrical system and installation are complied with Monitor defects rectification works by turnkey contractors Ensure that scheduled routine and preventive maintenance work for HT/LV and genset systems are carried out Liaison with all owners/tenants within the building to ensure that the building operation systems are in order Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities and periodical checking on M & E matters Promote energy saving exercise Carry out and/or monitor and participate in tender exercises instructed by the Client Monitor on fit-out processes by owners/tenants and ensure that building’s house rules are adhered to Communicate regularly with owners/tenants, contractor, vendors and maintenance staff for contract requirements and the daily operational activities Preparation for annual operation of M & E and annual budget and ensure that approved budget is adhered to Manage all outsourced M&E vendors and ensure that performance are up to expectations. What we are looking for in this role? Certified High Tension (HT) Chargeman by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (minimum BO) At least 3 years working experience in a commercial building Computer literate & able to speak and write in English
