SERVICE ENGINEER

1) Contractual requirements. 2) To maximize company profit making through spare parts supplies and additional work recommendation. 3) To ensure and monitor quality control for company. 4) To arrange technicians’ movement, spare parts ordering, and ensure the parts received are in correct specification and in good condition. Also, to be focal person when liaise with offshore personal either technician or operation. 5) To liaise with Client planner/ scheduler and Client logistic department to arrange the mobilization of technicians to offshore carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. 6) To prepare lifting plan and workpack for crane technician to execute at offshore 7) To carry out task list pre-mob and post-mob briefing for crane technician with Client Representative at Client office. 8) To monitor the work progress for onsite technicians. 9) To discuss with offshore authorities, asset holders and spare part supplier upon executing of any maintenance work 10) To provide technical recommendation and technical support to client (offshore end user and onshore asset holder) 11) Prepare bid proposals and purchase requisition upon received part requisition from technician 12) To liaise with procurement and contract admin to expedite quotation approvals and deliver the part to site for installations. 13）To update the crane maintenance progress and technician report or findings to client for review. 14） Liaise with Petra Labuan Matco to prepare load test equipment completed with valid certificate to location. 15） To administer all the reports, job closeout report, acceptance certificate, timesheets, daily attendance etc. 16） To monitor the training records for crane technician to ensure crane technician mobilize to location with valid medical and necessary course.
