Key Performance Indicator (KPI) • Proven expertise in the mineral manufacturing process i.e. Crushing, Milling, Leaching Thickeners, CCDs, Solvent extraction, EW & DMS operations, • Process Operation, Process Control, Quality Control • Providing Technical inputs for plant operation problems • Material and energy balance calculation • Environmental protection, waste control, energy conservation. • Process modification, Safety, Design • Procurement, Inspection, Maintenance, Troubleshooting • Excellent coordination with all departments like R&D, Quality, Maintenance and Stores • Effluent management, housekeeping, and operational safety Specific Responsibilities • Mass balance, - chemical stoichiometry calculation for Base metals • Process Operation, Process Control, Quality Control • Providing Technical inputs for plant operation problems • Material and energy balance calculation • Environmental protection, waste control, energy conservation. • Process modification, Safety, Design • Procurement, Inspection, Maintenance, Troubleshooting • Excellent coordination with all departments like R&D, Quality, Maintenance and Stores • Effluent management, housekeeping, and operational safety General Responsibilities • • Proficient in operating special laboratory apparatus and instruments such as ICP-OES,ICP-MS, Gas chromatography, Spectrophotometers, Online Gas chromatography, LECO, Ion chromatography, IR analyzers, Auto TITRATOR, Auto flash Tester, Spectral Core Gamma Ray, Mini perm, Spectrophotometer, BOD Trak II, Autoclave, Incubator,H2S analyzer, Refrigerated, Auto sampler, centrifuge Oven, Muffle furnace Thermal reactor, SSVI Apparatus, Particle Size analyzer etc. HACH DR 3900,5000,6000/OTHER Hach instruments • Sets up and operates laboratory instruments to perform standardized testing in accordance with industry/ standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Compile and prepare a variety of reports and correspondence; submit required reports to state and EPA regulatory agencies; maintain all lab records and use computers to store, retrieve and analyze data. • Maintain ongoing quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program; review data generated in the lab and verify validity. • Instruments handling; Spectrometer Spectra Lab, Germany Chemical Analysis in Copper rod and Cathodes, GC, LECO RO500 O2 analyzer, LECO TCH600 O2, N2, H2 analyzer, Universal Tensile tester, Torsion Tester, surface oxide determinator • Experienced in the Preparation of Control Charts. Checking performance of Instruments by using Standards Ensuring that work meets established quality standards, regulations and is delivered on-time.
