International Recruitment & Visa Executive

Job Scope:

Prepare recruitment and visa documents, ensuring compliance and timely submission.
Conduct market research on international recruitment trends and identify industries with demand for foreign workers.
Research visa requirements and assist with applications and approvals.
Source international candidates and collaborate with HR on recruitment strategies.
Liaise with stakeholders and provide updates to clients and candidates on recruitment and visa status.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Strong skills in document management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
