Workforce Management & Planning,Scommerce(Bukit Raja, Klang)

-Support the warehouse business in optimizing strategy and tactics deployment -Identify gaps and propose improvement opportunities for manpower resources management within the team -Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented in the warehouse -Conduct data analyzes on performance such as targets, attrition, cost savings to develop insights and propose action plan for optimization, focusing on recruitment and retention mechanics and process improvement. -Communicate and collaborate with with external stakeholders to resolve issues, assess & negotiate contracts for optimal cost and efficiency -Prepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progress -Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to upper management Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Supply Chain or any related field -Minimum 1 years of experience in workforce management within e-Commerce, supply chain or similar industry -Analytical, detail oriented and is comfortable working with data -Well-developed interpersonal, communication skills, and adaptable to changes -Prior involvement in full spectrum of project lifecycle from framework design up to execution -Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment -Well-versed in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
