Competency Required:
- Degree / Diploma in Allied Healthcare / Management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Hospital setting
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office application software
Responsibilities:
- Investigate claims and requests for assistance, advising on the eligibility of individuals for such benefits.
- Conduct interviews with applicants, validating the information and documents received.
- Compiles reports, preparing the necessary documents throughout the welfare process, and makes appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure all applications are processed in accordance with established guidelines.
- Make field/site visits and interview applicants and relevant individuals to collect, clarify, and verify pertinent information.
- Preparing and ensuring all required documents are completed before approval by the Welfare Committee.
- Evaluate relevant information and submit reports on findings with suitable recommendations to the Welfare Committee.
- Plan and execute community events such as eye camps and screenings to enhance engagement and support.
- Conduct and arrange CSR events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
