Manager - SIS House

Manage - SIS House responsibilities include promoting SIS House's boarding program to increase number of boarding students, design and implement plants for boarders' safety, health and wellbeing, personal and academic development, and ensure effective residence operations. Manager contributes to the strategic planning of SIS House to effectively and proactively fulfill SIS House's vision and mission that are in line with Sunway International School. Manager responsible for smooth operations of boarding facilities and providing a safe, nurturing and supportive environment. Manager responsible for matters within SIS House as well as the broader community of Sunway's International Schools. Manager shall develop and implement programs and system for monitoring academic performance of boarding students, providing guidance, support and advise to students, identifying and responding to bullying, promote students leadership. Manager to oversea day-to-day operations of all SIS House, ensure adequate and appropriate adult cover and supervision at SIS House at all times, manage SIS House budgets effectively, ensure the SIS House comply with local authorities' requirement, oversee the maintenance and upgrading works, house inspection and boarding quality and accreditation report. Manager shall ensure SIS House team communicate effectively and regularly with all stakeholder, particularly the parents/guardians of boarders. Manager shall participate in school events such as Parent-Teacher meeting, sports day, graduation, Marketing events and so on. Manager to carry out supervisory duties as required such as supervision of excursions, overnight/weekend events. Manager require to be on stand by mode all the time. Manager shall always lead students and staff by good example in professional and personal ways.
