Educational and Skills Requirement : • Lead the overall finance function and the finance team, ensuring full completion of the company’s financial responsibility on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. • Ensure the credibility of the finance team by providing timely and accurate analysis of financial results, budgets and financial trends and forecasts. • Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting/ requirements. • Provide strategic direction to the Management, providing high-level, proactive financial expertise to the Management as a whole and direction for both short-term and long-term financial planning. • Advise the Management on the financial resources and all financial operations of the management. • Preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis. • To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required. Daily, Monthly and Yearly Responsibility: • Financial Statements: Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements. • Budget Planning: Develop and finalize the annual budget. • Strategic Planning: Participate in long-term planning and set financial goals. • Audits: Coordinate and prepare for annual external audits. • Tax Planning and Compliance: Prepare and file annual tax returns and optimize tax liabilities. • Performance Review: Conduct a comprehensive review of financial performance. • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare detailed annual reports for stakeholders. • Policy Review: Update financial policies and ensure regulatory compliance. • Capital Management: Manage long-term investments and plan for capital needs. • Employee Development: Train finance team members and review their performance.
