- Provide timely and safe transportation to and from various locations, including business meetings, social events, and appointments. - Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully functional vehicle at all times. - Plan and adjust routes to avoid traffic and ensure the quickest and most efficient travel. - Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings and ensure that all items are secure during transit. - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and others. - Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle maintenance, including scheduling regular servicing and addressing any repairs. - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety and compliance. - Be available to respond to last-minute schedule changes or emergencies as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling personal and sensitive information. - Perform dispatch work, including delivering and collecting documents, packages, and other items as needed. - Complete other ad-hoc tasks as required.
