Human Resources a) Manage the full spectrum of HR & Administration functions which includes Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation, Industrial Relations, Disciplinary and all related HR matters b) Execute, implement, monitor and maintain overall HR policies & plans, procedures, payroll administration, employee benefits & rewards system, staff welfare, employee satisfaction initiatives, performance evaluation, training development, c) Reports and get directions from the Executive Director on the overall HR & Administrations d) Manage all programs, procedures and guidelines to align the workforce with Company’s strategic goals and values e) Monitor overall Induction processes for all new employees f) Monitor and ensures all statutory (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN & etc) requirements are aligned, compiled accordingly with local Labour Laws g) Oversees overall Health Insurance coverage, workers compensation and disability insurance. Maintain HR records such as related to compensation, health and medical insurance h) Ensures Employee Handbook, Health & Safety statement and other policy documents are maintained in line with best practices and legal requirements Administrations a) Responsible for general administrative duties in the office b) Liaise with external parties for office maintenance and cleanliness c) Monitor and ensures all related Quality Management System (ISO) activities are implemented effectively d) Monitor overall Selection of Vendor / Suppliers and evaluate the processes e) Manage the overall HR & Admin team Requirement / Skills • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Hunan Resource or equivalent • Preferably Snr Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll and overall HR department • Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act & Statutory requirements • Experience in payroll processing & knowledge using Quick Pay will be an advantage • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
