Job Brief of Indoor Sales Coordinator

We are currently looking to hire a diligent & efficient Sales Coordinator to join our team. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other teams, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements of Sales Coordinator

⁠ ⁠You have a diploma/degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

⁠ ⁠You possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills

⁠ ⁠You have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

⁠ ⁠You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders

⁠ ⁠ready for external work such as exhibition at least 2 times a year

Main Responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator

Your main responsibilities will include:

⁠ ⁠Boosting sales effectiveness & productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring up-to-date sales materials

⁠ ⁠Assisting teams with administrative tasks and coordination

⁠ ⁠Handling sales inquiries and orders by phone, email or whatapps

⁠ ⁠Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations

⁠ ⁠Assisting with sales presentations and materials preparation

⁠ ⁠Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records

⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, responsible and able to handle stress
