  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview

Our client is a global manufacturing company specializing in equipment for mixing, grinding and dispersing in industries such as Paint, Chemical and Polymer. They focus on delivering efficient, customized solutions that cater to the specific needs of each sector by utilizing the latest innovations to ensure high quality and reliability. They are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage a team of production engineers, supervisors and both local and foreign shopfloor operators to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

Remuneration

RM 12,000 to RM 15,000 based on work experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure timely project completion and optimize workflow efficiency
  • Develop, track and analyze KPIs to monitor individual and team performance to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with departments such as Engineering, QA/QC and Purchasing to ensure seamless production operations and on-time equipment delivery
  • Ensure all production documentation including As-Built records are accurately filed and organized in a standardized manner
  • Review and implement best practices by introducing new technologies and methodologies to improve overall productivity

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics) from a recognized university
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a production engineering role preferably in equipment or automotive assembly plants and 3 years of managerial experience in leading teams
  • Proficiency in MRP software and familiarity with production management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and unify teams toward common goals
  • Proven ability to implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
