Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies for Company with the objectives of achieving sales target.
2. Develop, implement, upkeep, protect and disseminate of Company's corporate identity.
3. Conduct comprehensive market research to gather data on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
4. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of potential risk.
5. Monitor competitor activities and provide regular updates to the executive team.
6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of market information.
7. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to support strategic initiatives.
9. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
10. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
11. Provide insights and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.
12. Stay up-to-date with projects developments and emerging trends.
13. Conduct SWOT analysis to assess the product's competitive position.
14. Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
15. Support the development of pricing strategies based on market analysis.
16. Participate in cross-functional projects to drive business growth.
17. Ability to prepare, filter, and analyzing data with prior experience in real estate would be an advantage.
18. Develop the message and position suitable channels to produce desired marketing, brand awareness, and brand equity results.
19. Plan and execute all web, database marketing, email, social media, and any other relevant digital marketing strategies.
20. Responsible to prepare and monitor marketing budget and forecast, marketing operating expenses, monthly updates & relevant reports.
21. Assist to formulate Sales and Marketing's policies and procedures as per the Company's required standard
22. To ensure that all data, documentation and reports are updated and stored in compliance with internal audit & SOP requirements.
23. Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of marketing related work experience is required for this position.
3. Proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented and resourceful.
4. Good analytical skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
6. Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
8. Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia; Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
9. Possess own transport, wiling to travel occasionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
