Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for both business development and the esports industry to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of our company within the rapidly evolving esports landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities within the esports industry.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives and partnerships
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to expand our presence in the esports market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including esports organizations, game publishers, event organizers, and sponsors.
- Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to pitch to potential partners.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies.
- Assist in negotiating partnership agreements and contracts with esports entities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Have at least 2-3 years experience in Business Development.
- Have understanding of the esports industry, including knowledge of popular games, teams, events, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for gaming and esports is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
