  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Safety transport the CEO and passengers to and from specified locations in a comfortable and efficient manner.
  • Interact with CEO and passengers professionally at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle ensuring it is fueled, clean, serviced and ready for daily use.
  • Conduct a through cleaning of the vehicle, both inside and out, at least once a week. Through cleaning includes vacuum the car carpet and interior throughly to remove any debris, wipe down all surface, eg. dashboard, steering wheel and door panels, wash the car body, windscreen and car tire using a car wash detergent.
  • Plan and adapt routes based on traffic or schedule changes to ensure on-time arrivals.
  • Standby at nearby area and keep an eye out for the CEO's location to be prepared for immediate pickup.
  • Turn off the car engine and air-conditioning system when the CEO/ passenger is not inside the car to conserve energy
  • Assist with loading the unloading luggage, packages and personal belongings.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
  • Keep an accurate record of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, including assisting with door-to-door service and other needs as required.
  • Respect and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the CEO and passengers
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience as a company/ personal driver
  • Reliable, punctual, resourceful and good customer service
  • Able to travel to outstation as and when required
  • Able to work on weekend and public holiday, overtime will be provided.
  • Candidate must have a valid driving license class D with clean driving record
  • Able to speak fluently in English, Mandarin and Japanese
  • Familiar in using related navigation applications eg. Waze, Google maps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess at least a SPM or equivalent
  • Strictly no smoking and drinking at work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
