Job Responsibilities :

  • Preparation of construction work programme and examine drawing.
  • Plan, organise, monitor site activities and update the work program accordingly.
  • Prepare method statement and liaise with the project team consultant & client on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirement.
  • Track & report project activities during pre-construction and post construction.
  • Assist the Project Director / Project Manager in the preparation of project master works programme.
  • Lean and execute, identify critical activities and plan for every project activities in civil works.
  • Liaising with Clients, Consultants and relevant authorities for the implementation of the projects handled.
  • Assist and support site team in resolving any quality and technical issues / problems at site initiated by Consultant / Client.
  • Highlight and provide mitigation measures on delay progress.
  • Maintain liaison with the management regarding project planning by conducting analysis and preparing methods.
  • Organise, plan and monitor site activities and update the work programs accordingly.
  • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes & recommending actions.
  • Manage the project implementation for structure and / or infrastructure works, to ensure timely delivery and within budget.
  • Prepare method statement for civil works and review all method statements submitted by specialist contractor or sub-contractors.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia. Both verbal and written.
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with work scheduling / programming.
  • Computer literate (MS Project & AutoCAD).
  • Possess high level of integrity, strong analytical and organization skills and result oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
