IT Executive (ICT)

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and Provide IT technical support to end-users, setup and configure computers, printers and relevant IT equipment for users and other IT based business systems to meet SLAs.
• Make sure all CCTV, Door Access, PABX and other business support systems functionality up to the business requirement
• Maintain Windows Servers, computers and network equipment and its environment to ensure smooth operation of business systems with proper monitoring, updating and upgrading as required.
• Maintain IT inventory, purchase and service documentation, approvals, IT process, procedures and vendor management on a daily basis and support IT procurement and IT budgeting
• AD User account management, employee on-boarding / off-boarding with planning and executing IT asset provisioning for employees
• Engage in contributing solutions and ideas for new IT projects
• Support and maintain user data backups, systems and configuration backups with OneDrive, SharePoint and other relevant backup solutions.

Qualifications

• Basic degree or equivalent qualification in IT, computer science or Networking
• 2 years Industry experience in user support, systems administration and network administration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
