HR Intern (Recruitment)

Why this role?

As a HR Intern, you'll be responsible for assisting in the entire recruitment process for the company. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.

Job Description

• Create and maintain job postings on relevant job portals or recruitment channel.
• Supporting overall recruitment activities which includes executive & non-executive hiring.
• Maintain a professional relationship with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Responsible for ensure all the necessary recruitment documentation is in place for both hardcopy and softcopy.
• Execute reference check for all potential candidate before official offering.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment (laptop, access card, register car plate number) and support to be successful.

Job Requirement

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Final Year Students with CGPA 3.0 and above are welcoming to apply for this position.
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Words.
• Possess own vehicle and is willing to work at Bukit Raja, Klang.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM900.00 per month
