Retail Associate (Sunway Pyramid)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers, offering assistance and product information.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain the innovative features of Stryv hairdryers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new features, models, and promotions.
• Manage stock levels and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked with products.
• Support visual merchandising efforts to optimize product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (experience in electronics or beauty products is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and create positive shopping experiences.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Passion for technology, beauty, or personal care products.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.

Location:
Sunway Pyramid, IOI Puchong, IOI City Putrajaya

Up to MYR 3,500 (based on experience)
