FULL TIME BARISTA/ KITCHEN CREW @ KL GATEWAY MALL, BANGSAR #FRESHTHISWEEK

Expected Start Date: 21/10/2024 Location: KL Gateway Mall, Bangsar (LRT accessible) What perks you get: -Monthly Sales Incentive -Various type of leave -Training & Uniform provided -Meal Allowance -Performance bonus -EPF, SOCSO, EIS -6 working days per week (5 days weekdays + ½ day weekend) What you do daily: -Make aromatic coffee and delicious toast; -Process customer orders accurately, with a keen attention to details like dairy and sugar ratios, and specific requests for other beverages to ensure complete customer satisfaction; -Prepare food and beverage as per established recipes and quality standards; -Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized; -Handling the cashier and take walk-in/ online orders; -Relay customer feedback to senior staff and provide input on new menu items; -Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any issues; -Perform basic inventory check and restock needed supplies; -Maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations; -Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader. We looking for someone who: -Team player; -Friendly and Presentable; -Maintain good attendance and punctuality; -Respond promptly to guests’ inquiries, complaints or requests; -Willing to work on rotational shifts including early shift, closing shift, weekends / public holidays; -Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; -Basic skills in preparing food and beverage; -Experienced is preferred, but school leavers / fresh graduates / internships are encouraged to apply as - We provide all the training you need! -Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
