  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating and executing a range of marketing projects and events including product launches, conferences and other events.
  • Ensure events and programs align/integrate with campaign goals. This may include: the strategic plan for event, communication plan, budget creation and approval, logistical planning – 3rd party vendor management
  • Collaborate with key members of the management team to ensure the marketing approach operates in conjunction with developed strategies and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and the company for events and handle PR efforts for event promotion.
  • Manage relationships with key distributor and their network.
  • Take ownership and project management, from planning to execution.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, keep abreast of competitors, emerging channels and strategies and bring fresh, creative thinking to execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Event Managements Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • 3+ years experience in event management roles. Experience in multi-level marketing and Direct Sales industry preferred.
  • Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight time-scales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Highly-detail oriented, organized, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment with minimal supervision
  • Good negotiation, influencing , stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

  • RM2,800 – RM3,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
  • Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS
  • Other Benefits: Annual Leave + OT Allowance + Incentive + Annual Bonus + Company Trip + Training provided

WORKING HOUR:

Monday - Friday; 10.00am-6.00pm

Lot 16, Jalan Kpb 3, Kawasan Perindustrian Budiman, 43200 Batu 9 Cheras, Selangor.
