The job scope for a Marketing Assistant often involves a combination of creative, analytical, and organizational tasks. It's a role that provides valuable support to the marketing team and contributes to the overall success of the company's marketing initiatives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies.

  • Content Creation:

Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Social Media Management:

Help manage and update social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing social media performance.

  • Campaign Support:

Provide support in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including coordinating events, promotions, and advertising efforts.

  • Data Analysis:

Analyze marketing data, including campaign results, website analytics, and customer feedback, to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

  • Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, design, and product development to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.

  • Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.

  • Customer Support:

Address customer inquiries and feedback related to marketing efforts, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Email Marketing:

Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.

  • Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.

  • Brand Management:

Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

  • Event Planning:

Help plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships.

  • Market Communication:

Assist in drafting press releases, communications, and other written materials for external and internal audiences.

  • Budget Tracking:

Assist in monitoring and tracking marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are executed within allocated financial resources.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Good marketing skills and business sense.
  • Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

RM2,500 – RM3,000 (Basic salary commensurate with relevant experience and qualification) + Commission / Incentive. Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS

WORKING HOUR:

Monday - Friday; 8.30am-6.00pm

WORKING LOCATION:

Alam Perdana Industrial Park, Taman Putra Perdana, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.
