Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process transactions, invoices, and payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly and yearly financial reports.
  • Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and filing.
  • Budget Tracking & Petty Cash: Monitor expenses and manage petty cash.
  • Audit Support: Prepare documents for audits and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ year in accounting; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, good communication, organizational skills, and integrity.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and accounting standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
