QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

Test Development and Implementation Design and develop test procedures and protocols for new and existing products. Implement automated and manual testing processes to evaluate product performance, reliability, and safety. Develop and maintain test fixtures and equipment. Quality Assurance Conduct thorough testing of products to ensure they meet required specifications and standards. Analyze test results and provide feedback to the production and engineering teams. Identify, document, and report defects and inconsistencies. Process Improvement Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify areas for process improvements. Implement changes to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis for any test failures or quality issues. Collaboration and Training Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance. Provide training and support to production staff on testing procedures and equipment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.
