Influencer Personal Assistant

Job Description: As a Personal Assistant, you will be an integral part of our creative process, working side by side with the influencer to develop various types of video content. You will help generate scripts, storyboards, and engaging visuals, bringing ideas to life through hands-on filming and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development:
• Collaborate with the influencer to brainstorm and create compelling video concepts that highlight the real estate coaching program.
• Assist in writing engaging scripts and crafting narratives that resonate with our audience.
• Filming and Production:
• Participate in hands-on filming of video content, utilizing fundamental filming skills to ensure high-quality production.
• Set up equipment and assist with lighting, sound, and camera angles to enhance the overall visual presentation.
• Storyboarding and Visual Creation:
• Create detailed storyboards to visualize the content flow and ensure clarity during production.
• Design engaging visuals, including graphics and thumbnails, to complement the video content.
• Social Media Management:
• Schedule and post content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) in alignment with the influencer’s brand strategy.
• Monitor engagement and assist in responding to comments and messages.
• Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
• Analyze performance metrics of posted content and provide insights for future improvements.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage the influencer’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating collaborations with other content creators or brands.
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media content creation or personal assistance, preferably in the real estate or coaching industries.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Fundamental filming skills and familiarity with video equipment; experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating engaging visuals.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and video production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
