This position is based in Kuala Lumpur and is to be filled internally.

Contract term for 12 months and good personal development opportunity for permanent position in the organization.

Role & Responsibilities

· Identify, filter and source good potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards/websites, social media platforms, and referrals as well as any other recruiting methods to attract candidates to fulfil our client’s hiring needs

· Promote a positive employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions and engaging recruitment materials.

· You are required to construct job descriptions, screen resumes, interview candidates through phone screening calls ONLY (No-face to face interviews required), write resume summary & details before profiling suitable candidates for client's considerations

· Provide interview feedback to both candidates and hiring managers

· Onboarding Support: Collaborate & assist with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires if and whenever required

· Finalising offer details between client and candidates

· Build and maintain good relationship with clients and candidates

· Monitoring payment collections from clients

· Handle any ad-hoc tasks as & when required

· Always represent our company TERRA in a professional manner, through presentation, preparation and behavior & ensure at following company policies & guidelines as you must ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities

Qualifications & Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent

· Fresh Graduates, or candidates with 1 year of recruitment experience with a good, proven track record in recruitment sales (with references) are encouraged to apply as training & onboarding will be provided

· Passionate and possess interest in recruitment industry

· Strong time management skills, well organised and motivated to exceed expectations

· Communicate professionally and adapt good communication skills to meet our clients’ needs

· Good command skills of English and Bahasa both written and spoken with good negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work as a team, independent and be proactive

· Must have a self-motivated, confident, driven with a results & sales-oriented mindset to achieve individual’s sales target & KPIs given by the company

· Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM systems is an added advantage

· Have good customer service and sales skills with a pleasant personality

· Able to work in a fast pace environment and multitask

· Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office, E-mail writing skills, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook,etc

· Good email writing skills is important and candidate must be independent in replying to client and candidate queries

Work Arrangements

Must be able to reliably commute to the company’s office in Kuala Lumpur

Monday to Thursday – 9:00am to 6:00pm

Friday- 9:00am – 5:30pm

Salary Range

RM2,000 to RM4,000 per month (gross/basic without yet adding allowances & benefits)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
