JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be responsible for the full spectrum of properties sales and marketing activities.
- To meet and achieve the targeted KPIs, to grow sales volume and profitability and meet the customers’ expectations.
- To formulate and implement strategic corporate plans to meet and exceed Company’s sales/profit targets
- To be responsible for the overall sales administration: from monitoring and tracking sales progress, closing sales deals, credit control up to vacant possession.
- To assist customers in obtaining end financing and arranging for necessary document to be executed by customers with company’s panel of lawyers.
- To stay abreast of market intelligence for developing and executing of promotional strategies to increase marketability of projects.
- To lead and participate in sale and marketing events and roadshows and ensure that all marketing tools and advertisements are up-to-date.
- To provide regular comprehensive sales and marketing audit/reports, feasibility studies, market survey and analysis.
- To proactively resolve customers’ complaints and feedback to the Management about customers’ suggestions for improvement and report actions taken to resolve customers’ issues.
- To ensure that all sales conveyancing and marketing activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years’ related working experience in the property industry.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- High result achievers who are analytical, independent and resourceful.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Position to be based in Ipoh
