What You'll Do:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Baristas, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional customer service with every coffee and tea order.
  • Provide guidance to Baristas on how to enhance the customer experience through personalized service and expert knowledge of our beverage offerings.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including ingredients, supplies, and café equipment, ensuring all items are readily available for day-to-day operations and special events.
  • Monitor stock levels daily and conduct regular stock takes, reconciling any discrepancies between actual inventory and recorded data.
  • Promote the full range of our signature beverages and products, helping customers discover and enjoy everything we have to offer.
  • Oversee financial transactions and processes with integrity, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial matters.
  • Ensure the safety and health of all team members and customers by adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
  • Lead the effort to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café, taking pride in upholding high standards for both appearance and hygiene.
  • Manage the staff schedule and duty roster, ensuring optimal staffing levels for smooth operations.
  • Oversee operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
  • What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a café or a similar Food & Beverage establishment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Barista experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality service.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate your team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
