Photographer

• Content Creation: Capture high-quality images for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Storytelling: Use photography to convey messages and tell stories that resonate with the target audience.
• Editing and Retouching: Edit and enhance images using software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to ensure they meet professional standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and designers to align visual content with overall brand strategy.
• Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Event Coverage: Document events, launches, or product promotions, capturing candid moments and key highlights.
• Portfolio Development: Maintain a diverse portfolio to showcase work to potential clients and employers.
• Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
  

Videographer

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, social media content, and corporate videos.
• Script Development: Collaborate with writers and producers to create scripts and storyboards that align with project goals.
• Lighting and Sound: Set up and manage lighting, sound equipment, and camera angles to achieve optimal video quality.
• Post-Production: Edit footage using software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, adding effects, soundtracks, and graphics as needed.
• Directing and Coordination: Direct talent and crew during shoots, ensuring everyone is aligned with the vision for the project.
• Content Strategy: Work with marketing teams to create video content that meets strategic objectives and engages audiences effectively.
• Live Streaming and Broadcasting: Manage live video events, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output.
• Technical Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot camera and video equipment to ensure everything is in working order.

Job requirement:

Photographer:

• Basic knowledge of camera operations.
• Commercial shooting experience preferred
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, or related tools such as Canva
• Capture and edit high-quality photos, ensuring optimal image quality

Videographer:

• Basic knowledge of video recording equipment.
• Commercial shooting experience preferred.
• Skilled in video editing software, such as Jianying or Premiere Pro.
• Capture and edit high-quality video content.
