Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Comprehensive Administrative and HR Support:
    • Handle logistics, internal affairs, and operations for the representative office.
    • Manage daily administrative, logistical tasks and coordinate business receptions.
    • Archive meeting minutes, agreements, and industry policies; assist in building administrative systems and maintain relevant records.
    • Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and payroll.
  • Communication and Translation:
    • Assist in maintaining relationships with the government agencies and associations.
    • Translate documents; conduct initial checks on translated materials.
  • Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • More than three years of relevant work experience.
  • Good command of Chinese, English and Malay, both verbal and written.
  • High work enthusiasm, strong team spirit, keen observation, and adaptability.
  • Strong communication skills, clear and logical thinking, strong learning ability.
