Job Overview:
The IT Manager will oversee the implementation and maintenance of all technology infrastructure in the F&B and retail setup. This role includes managing the ongoing operations of the IT systems, ensuring network stability, implementing security protocols, and overseeing any technical projects required for expansion and future openings.
What You'll Do:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of IT systems for the new F&B and retail outlets. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems in all locations. Ensure stable and secure networks, including Wi-Fi, server management, and cybersecurity protocols across the organization. Facilitate the integration of IT systems with inventory, purchasing, and accounting systems to optimize business processes. Manage software applications related to the operation, including ERP, CRM, and any other operational software. Implement data security measures, manage backups, and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations. Provide technical support to staff across all outlets and locations, ensuring minimal downtime. Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, hardware, and software procurement. Lead IT-related projects, such as store expansions, new system rollouts, or software upgrades. Manage the IT department budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in all IT-related purchases and upgrades. Train staff on IT systems and software, ensuring proper usage and troubleshooting skills. What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the F&B or retail industry. Proven experience in managing POS systems, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure for multi-location businesses. Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and data management. Ability to lead IT projects from concept to completion, with excellent project management skills. Experience with software integration (ERP, CRM, inventory management systems). Strong vendor negotiation and management experience. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Familiarity with F&B/retail technology solutions is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage a team and provide hands-on support when needed.
