Medical Claims Executive (Looking for Lab Techs & Research Assistants)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process all different types of medical claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.
• Evaluate and capture all data (including medical report, lab results, diagnosis, treatment plan, medication, medical procedures etc.) for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.
• Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
• Validate data accuracy (eg: data in medical report) and liaise with relevant parties (eg: hospital) to rectify data quality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Claims Assessor, Lab Scientist, Research Assistant or Nurse
• Fresh graduates are open to apply.
• A recognized tertiary Diploma / Degree in Biomedical, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacist, Nutrition, Radiotherapy, Biotechnology, Physiotherapy, Sport Science, Food Science and Optometry or related Health Sciences.
• Ability to read and write in Mandarin to support China, Hong Kong and Macau regions.
• Time management skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
• Good dedication at work, good demeanor, willing to learn.
• Able to work overtime during peak periods (including Saturday & public holiday).
• The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.

• This role requires you to work in Cyberjaya office 4 days a week + 1 day work from home
• Smart casual outfit everyday
• A mix of classroom training and on the job training will be provided for this position
