  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility

Accounts Assistant is responsible for assisting in the financial operations of the company and ensuring the financial information is accurate, reliable, and compliant with relevant law and regulations.

Tasks include:

  • Maintain systematic financial records
  • Cross-checking P&L for job shipments
  • Maintain debtors and creditors file
  • Handle activities in accounts receivable and payable

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in accounts or related field
  • Has at least 2-3 years experience in accounting, finance or related
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (optional Mandarin)
  • Able to operate accounting software (SQL preferably)
  • Positive attitude, work well in a team, good at interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Whatsapp, email)
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions
