Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous E-Commerce Pricing Assistant to support our pricing team. This role requires proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel to manage and update pricing data accurately. Attention to detail is crucial, as the position involves working with numbers and performing repetitive tasks.

Job Description:

• Regularly input and update pricing details in Google Sheets and Excel, ensuring all data is accurate and well-organized.
• Verify and cross-check pricing information across product lines to avoid discrepancies or errors.
• Proficient in Managing Lazada/ Shopee/ Tiktok Store
• If have Video editing/ Photo editing skill is a PLUS
• Switch from work from home to actual location is possible ( but we don’t have such plan at the moment)
• Assist in reviewing current prices and making adjustments in line with company policies and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and other departments to ensure accurate pricing is consistently reflected across all e-commerce platforms.

Working Schedule & Salary Package:

• 5.5-day work week (11AM – 7:00 PM), Sat(11.00 AM – 2.00PM)

Requirements:

• Always reply on time within the working hour, except for the lunch time 1 hour (as this is a work from home job)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to focus on repetitive tasks without losing concentration
• Good organizational skills
• Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
