Continuously review, enhance and improve the company inspection criteria to meet customer's expectation
To ensure that the day to day quality judgement is in adherence to the company's standard.
To educate, train and supervise Quality Assurance's member time to time.
To act as a liaison between customers and company on all aspect of quality expectations on requirements.
To represent the company on situations when an investigation on complaints of non- conformance arises and possibly solutions.
Periodically review of rejects and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective action.
To ensure all QA procedure are in line with company ISO 9001:2015.
At all time safeguard the interest of the company.
To report to Factory Manager on the performance of Quality Management System and any need for improvement.
To report to Factory Manager on the daily production quality performance
To ensure quality products follow project drawing and specification.
To monitoring and inspection all related the product before delivery.
To conduct pre and final inspection, including Factory Acceptance test.
To make sure project's switchboard testing is carried out before panels delivery.
To work in a safety manner and report for unsafe act.
To keep & monitoring drawing and monitor QAQC drawing as build.
To monitoring all related QAQC form every Project
Any other job as relevant will be assign from time to time by management.
