  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Qualifications & experience

  • Working experience in main contractor firm
  • Related skills on AutoCAD
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience
  • Architectural and/or Civil & Structural Supervisor are both welcome to apply
  • Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan and work under pressure
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, can work independently with minimum supervision
  • Qlassic experience will be highly valued

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Liaise with purchaser for procurement process including RFQ, PR, PO tracking to meet project timeline
  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers/c.o.w.
  • Keeping the project execution on budget and within the specifications
  • Track changes of the design of the construction works and monitor the project budget projection respectively
  • Attend and participate any site meeting bi-weekly/monthly with client/owner/end user related to commercial issue
  • Manage onsite staff and subcontractors, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, resolve onsite challenges and prepare site daily report for submission.
  • Report non-conformance in respect of workmanship and materials to project managers.
  • Receive, Inspect and verify building materials which are delivered at site.
  • Ensuring Safety measures are implemented at site and carry out other job assignments as and when required by the project manager or superior.
