Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting, such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL) & profit and loss (P&L)
• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Collect, analyses and report sales-related information to increase sales productivity
• Prepare and manage sales performance tracking report
• Collate information and report on daily/weekly/monthly sales figures
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting accounting practices.
• To liaise with Finance & Sales Heads for performance updates etc if any
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, and training is provided.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Willing to work at Kuchai Lama
