  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire QA/QC process to ensure all construction works complies with highest standards, surpassing client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and resolve defects and non-compliances promptly and effectively, preventing recurrence and minimizing rework.
  • Develop and maintain a robust quality assurance program, ensuring all processes, procedures, and products adhere to the highest standard and HSE regulations.
  • Foster a culture of quality within the project team, site staff, and contractors by providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, consultant and management to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and delivery of high-quality results throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant documentation of all project activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying growth opportunities, implementing changes, and optimizing quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Qualification

  • Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience with minimum 10 years in a QAQC role. Preferably in Developer or Construction management role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to interface seamlessly with consultants and contractors.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills and qualified quality accessor.
  • Based in HQ, Desa Petaling, KL.
