JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Assist the PM to monitoring of project milestones and updating of project schedule.
- Attend progress meetings with the TNB.
- Attend technical meetings and assist to resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate preliminary work prior to site mobilization i.e. site survey and utility mapping and SI.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to the TNB.
- Assist the PM to prepare internal monthly progress reports.
- To prepare and gather supporting documents from site for the submission of progress claims.
- Verify and certify work done by subcontractors.
- Liaise and coordinate with the TNB on taking over.
- Arrange for the preparation of O&M manuals.
- Obtain from subcontractor, compile and submit company profile, material technical document, catalogue, test certificates, test reports and other project documentation to TNB for approval.
- Prepare method statement (MS). Liaise with subcontractors on proprietary MS where necessary i.e SI, MLT etc., present to TNB where necessary.
- Monitoring and inspecting site works for compliance with technical specifications.
- Arrange for defects rectification during defects liability period.
- Any other assignments given to you by your superior from time to time.
