  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support for software and hardware issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime
  • Monitor network activities and proactively identify potential issues
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
  • Travel to different sites and client locations as required
  • Support operation staff on IT system

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issue
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Require own transportation
  • Working hours from 5.30pm to 2.00am

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment
  • Experience with virtualization
