In this dynamic and strategic role, you will lead the entire Business to Business (B2B) Sales Division, driving sales of DUROMAC Group’s heavy-duty cleaning equipment across industrial and commercial sectors. You will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies, managing key accounts, and overseeing product management for the Industrial and Commercial segments. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets through your leadership, your team’s performance, and the optimization of our dealer network to position DUROMAC Group as the market leader in Malaysia.

Management of Sales Professionals and Dealer Network (B2B)

  • Expand and enhance the dealer network both qualitatively and quantitatively, in line with DUROMAC Group's business strategy.
  • Support dealers in expanding sales and market share, aligning with DUROMAC’s strategy through target agreements, follow-ups, and providing training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Act as the Key Account Manager for the dealer network, serving as the primary point of contact for product information, market feedback, and ensuring adherence to DUROMAC’s programs and guidelines (e.g., marketing initiatives, branding standards).
  • Develop and manage a performance monitoring system for all dealers, ensuring that sales KPIs are met.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with the dealer network to maintain motivation and drive for market expansion.
  • Cultivate a culture of service excellence across the sales team and dealer network to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Service, Marketing, and Operations, to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting and forecasting.

Management of Direct Sales for Industrial and Commercial Equipment (B2B)

  • Lead and mentor the direct sales team.
  • Establish industry benchmarks for sales performance, focusing on key metrics such as lead response times, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement KPIs and best practices for the direct sales team, ensuring alignment with DUROMAC’s broader sales strategy and sharing insights with the dealer network.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing teams to innovate service offerings for customers, such as equipment rental, service contracts, and maintenance packages.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales progress, including pipeline management and forecasts.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of hands-on sales experience and 3 years of managerial experience in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial equipment sector.
  • Experience working in multinational business environments.
  • Proven ability in process-oriented management and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on KPI-driven performance.
  • Familiarity with relevant IT and CRM systems to manage sales operations.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Results-driven and able to operate independently under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Target-oriented team player with a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills.
  • Strong track record of integrity and compliance in sales roles.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
