  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The position Maintenance Engineer will report to the Maintenance Manager

Qualifications: Minimum Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in any field/ preferably in Engineering discipline or equivalent

Experience: At least 2 years related working experience. Preferably experience with injection molding, automation, robotics and PU forming (include PLC programming)

Skills: Basic computer skills, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving skills (include able to read technical drawings).

Min Training required:

• 5S and Safety Basic 7 QC Tools

• 5 Core Tools IATF 16949 / ISO 9001

• Maintenance Management System

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall maintaining and repairing of machinery equipment and facilities. Conduct periodic maintenance check sheet, troubleshooting, investigating equipment breakdowns and monitoring overall performance of equipment.
  • Prepare the maintenance schedule, perform predictive and preventive maintenance. Guide and work closely with Production Engineer/Executive to carry out the autonomous maintenance at production lines.
  • To carry out modification, and troubleshooting or diagnosing faults on the machines and equipment.
  • Supervising the technical staff to support work optimization and ensure maintenance is kept in order.
  • To react with high urgency on any downtime or breakdown and undertake immediate actions to rectify the issues.
  • Analyze downtime trend and statistics, and work towards improvement to meet KPI, SOP, and operational standards.
  • Manage and control stocks of spare parts list and equipment efficiently.
  • Accountable for updating and filing of all maintenance record.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
