Recruitment - Candidate Engagement Specialist (Based in KL)

P-Serv @ KL is looking for a Recruitment - Candidate Engagement Specialist to search and identify suitable candidates for P-Serv @ SG.

As a Recruitment - Candidate Engagement Specialist, you will be working hand-in-hand with the SG team on:

• Develop a recruitment sourcing strategy
• Use technology and tools, such as candidate sourcing channels
• Proactively source candidates and conduct candidate outreach
• Build and maintain a talent pool
• Provide constructive feedback to your team leader.
• Manage high volume search workload via direct sourcing, employee referrals, and search partner relationships, ongoing pipelining
• Works closely with the TA team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals pipelines for upcoming searches
• Provide ongoing feedback to TA team on the recruitment marketplace that helps keep managers informed about realistic expectations
• Brainstorming and sourcing of active & passive candidates utilizing sourcing channels, referral networks and other relevant resources
• Screen candidates to gauge skills, interest level, salary range
• Build and maintain a database of viable Strategy candidates to fill pipeline positions
• Any other ad-hoc matters

Job Requirement

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment industry, either agency or inhouse
• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
• Experience in managing/fulfilling high volume of recruitment placements.
• The ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates

Working Hours / Location

• Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
